I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), an accredited member of the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) and an accredited EMDR practitioner (Eye Movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and member of EMDR Association UK. Alongside my private practice, I also work for the NHS, where I am a senior, specialist psychotherapist and supervisor. I provide specialist CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) support for individuals, couples and groups as well as other therapeutic approaches. I also provide specialist supervision to other qualified clinicians within the NHS.

I also have interest and experience of working with Schema Focused CBT, and other trauma focused approaches, in context of working with individuals who have experienced complex traumas in childhood and PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder).

Professional Qualifications: BSc Hons in Psychology and Sociology, PG Dip in Psychology, Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, PG Dip in CBT, EMDR Part I, II , III & IV.
